5 Tips on how to deal with such dreams in waking life

Dreams about murder can be disturbing, but they may also represent a repressed desire to harm someone. To get to the bottom of what your dream means, it’s important to take into account the other symbols and elements present in the dream. With that being said, here are a few tips on how to deal with a murder dream:

1. Try to interpret the dream from a positive side.

What is the dream trying to tell you? What positive message can you take from the dream? Try to look at the dream as a message from your unconscious mind, rather than a premonition of future events.

2. Consider what (or whom) the victim in the dream symbolizes.

Is there someone or something in your daily life that you need to let go of? The victim in your dream may represent something (or someone) that is causing you stress or anxiety.

3. Pay attention to your feelings in the dream.

Do you feel guilty, scared, or powerless? These feelings can provide clues about what the dream means for you. If you’re feeling scared, the dream may be a warning from your subconscious to stay away from someone or something. If you feel guilty, it may be because you’re harboring resentment towards someone.

4. Practice self-love and self-control.

Dreams about murder can be unsettling, but remember that they are just dreams. You have the power to control your thoughts and feelings. Try to do things that make you feel good about yourself, such as spending time with loved ones, practicing meditation, or engaging in a hobby you enjoy.

5. Pay attention to your mental health.

If you’re having persistent, disturbing dreams about murder, it may be a sign of an underlying mental health condition. If you’re concerned about your mental health, reach out to a therapist or mental health professional.

Conclusion

Dreaming about murder could be both disturbing and symbolic. To get to the bottom of what your dream means, it’s important to take into account the other symbols and elements present in the dream.

  1. In my dreams for a couple nights in a row people were murdered, the night before, there was this person trying to throw me into an incinerator, I got away and hid, But then it gave me a 3rd person perspective of this woman getting something like a jug of some clear liquid poured in her mouth to the point she was choking, then slashed multiple times, it also panned Infront of her a lot of blood, then stopped when she died. There was also literally a narrator. there were 3 scenes in that dream, first was running from something, then 2nd one was getting away from being burned alive, and then the 3rd person perspective, I didn’t know what to feel, I was more confused than anything.

The one last night however got more personal, I was down to my grandmother’s, and my cousin was getting ready to leave to go home, and I seen a yellow truck and 4 ppl with guns going down the path she was gonna go, so I literally begged her to stay, and told her I had a gift for her, and brought her back, my grandmother also helped me persuade her, so I called her mom to tell her my cousins gonna be late getting home, and then a dude answered, I forget what he said exactly, so all I said subconsciously mimicking his accent “sorry” and hung up, cause I thought they shot her. Then a few minutes later they pulled into the driveway, and I pulled my cousin out and we hid under the back porch, I was worried, and angry that I couldn’t do much else. Then I woke up, I remember these dreams very vividly, can also say that the truck looked like it had been tagged by graffiti. They happened 2 nights in a row, so I don’t think it’s a coincidence.
